1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the no68 platform at no68.pro, you hereby agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

These Terms and Conditions should be read together with our Privacy Policy. Both documents form the entire agreement between you and no68 regarding the use of the platform.

• These terms take effect immediately upon registration of a new account at no68.
• The latest version of the Terms and Conditions is always available on the official no68 website.
• Any older versions or unofficial translations carry no legal authority.

2 Account Registration and User Eligibility

To register an account at no68, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Registering only one account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration.
• Not appearing on any prohibition or restriction list issued by any relevant authority.
• Not registering on behalf of another person or using a false identity.

No68 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Required documents may include a copy of your identity card, passport, or supporting financial transaction documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary suspension or closure of your account.

You are fully responsible for ensuring all information in your account is kept up to date. Any changes to your name, phone number, or banking details must be reported to the no68 support team for verification and updating.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal of Funds

No68 supports a variety of local payment methods suited for users in Malaysia, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

• The minimum deposit is subject to the selected payment method and will be displayed during the deposit process.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the no68 account holder.
• Withdrawals will be processed within 30 minutes for standard accounts and within 10 minutes for VIP members.
• No68 reserves the right to request additional document verification before approving any withdrawal exceeding a specified amount.
• Any attempt to withdraw funds using a method different from the original deposit method may be placed on hold for investigation.
• No68 does not bear any transfer charges or fees imposed by third-party banks or e-wallet providers.

4 Bonuses, Promotions and Rewards

• The wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated in the respective promotion's terms.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash unless the wagering requirements have been fully met.

5 Game Rules and Integrity

• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed on grounds of luck or perceived bias.

• Money laundering — using no68 as a channel to process funds obtained through illegal means.
• Collusion between players — colluding unlawfully with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Use of bots or automated software — using any automated tools, scripts, or third-party software to play or manage your account.
• Exploitation of system errors — deliberately exploiting any bugs, technical errors, or platform vulnerabilities.
• Multiple accounts — registering or operating more than one account to obtain bonuses or unauthorized benefits.
• System disruption — any attempt to hack, disrupt, or breach the technical infrastructure of no68.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

No68 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any rules stated in these Terms and Conditions.
• Registration information that is inaccurate or cannot be verified through the KYC process.
• Activities suspected to be related to fraud or money laundering.
• Official requests from authorities or law enforcement agencies.
• Players who apply to close their own account for personal reasons or responsible gaming.

If an account is closed at the user's own initiative, any valid remaining balance will be returned to the original payment method once the verification process is complete. Accounts closed due to a terms violation may result in forfeiture of the remaining balance.
